Subscription & Refund Policy

This Subscription & Refund Policy governs paid subscriptions, billing, cancellation, and refunds for the atiteas.orgservice ("Service"), operated by AppSLabs OÜ. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Policy.
1. Subscriptions
Certain features of the Service are available on a paid subscription basis ("Subscription"). We offer Subscription plans on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, billed in advance.
From time to time, we may offer a promotional introductory period ("Trial") for eligible users. Trials may be 3, 5, or 7 days and are offered at a special introductory price shown at checkout (not free). Trial availability, length, pricing, and eligibility may vary by promotion.
By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize atiteas.org to charge the applicable fees, including any applicable taxes, to your selected payment method.
2. Automatic Renewal
All Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the applicable billing period (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) unless canceled at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the current billing period.
If your purchase includes a Trial, your Subscription will automatically continue after the Trial ends and you will be charged the standard subscription price for the selected plan unless you cancel before the Trial ends.
3. Trial Billing (Introductory Offer)
If a Trial is offered, you will be charged the introductory Trial price immediately at checkout (as displayed). The Trial provides access to Premium features for the Trial period (3, 5, or 7 days).
Unless you cancel before the Trial ends, your Subscription will continue automatically and you will be charged the standard plan price at the end of the Trial.
If you cancel during the Trial, you will keep access until the Trial period ends, and you will not be charged the standard plan price.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or through the platform where the Subscription was purchased.
To cancel your Subscription on atiteas.org:
- Log in to the account associated with the paid Subscription.
- Go to Account Settings.
- Open Manage Subscription.
- Select Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Plan) and confirm.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless explicitly stated in this Policy or required by applicable law.
Deleting your account or ceasing to use the Service does not cancel your Subscription.
5. Payments, Taxes, and Failed Charges
Subscription fees do not include applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
If a payment attempt fails (for example, due to an expired card or insufficient funds), we may retry the charge using the payment method on file. If payment cannot be successfully processed, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to paid features until payment is completed.
6. Refund Policy (30-Day Money-Back Guarantee)
We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for initial Subscription purchases.
Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days from the date of the first successful paid charge (including an introductory Trial charge, if applicable).
To process a refund request, you may be asked to provide reasonable information about the issue or reason for the request, such as:
- A description of the problem experienced or why the Service did not meet expectations
- Screenshots or screen recordings showing errors or inability to use the Service (if applicable)
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to process, depending on the payment provider.
7. Refund Eligibility Conditions
Refunds may be granted only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The request is submitted within the 30-day refund period;
- The request relates to the initial Subscription purchase;
- The Service has not been excessively used, misused, or abused.
8. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests submitted after the 30-day refund period;
- Renewal charges, unless required by applicable law;
- Failure to cancel a Subscription before renewal or before the end of a Trial period;
- Dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference;
- Purchases made through third-party platforms, unless otherwise required by law or the platform's refund policy.
9. EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a digital service contract within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.
This right does not apply if you expressly consented to immediate access to the Service and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the Service has begun.
Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes mandatory consumer rights under applicable EU laws.
10. Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect abuse of this Policy, including but not limited to repeated refund requests, excessive usage prior to requesting a refund, or fraudulent or manipulative behavior.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Subscription & Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will become effective upon publication on the Service.
Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
