1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ATI TEAS (Test of Essential Academic Skills) exam preparation platform provided by atiteas.org ("Company", "we", "our", "us"), operated by AppSLabs OÜ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides online study tools designed to help users prepare for the ATI TEAS exam, including practice questions, quizzes, full-length exam simulations, progress tracking, study guidance, and related educational content. The specific features and functionalities of the Service may change over time.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Use of the Service

4.1 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Copy, scrape, download, distribute, resell, or otherwise exploit the Service or its content except as permitted by these Terms
• Share, sell, transfer, or provide access to your account credentials to any third party (account sharing)
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service or extract content
• Upload or submit content that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of third parties
• Use the Service to distribute spam or unsolicited messages
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or related servers or networks
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems

4.3 Changes to Subscription Terms

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees, billing cycles, or subscription features at any time. Changes will take effect at the beginning of the next billing period. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

5. Study Data and User Content

When you use the Service, we may process information related to your learning activity, such as quiz and simulation attempts, answers (including text-entry responses), results, and progress statistics ("Study Data"). This Study Data is used to provide the Service, personalize your experience, and display your progress.

You retain all rights to any content you submit through the Service. We do not claim ownership over your content. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that it complies with these Terms and applicable laws.

6. Payment and Fees

6.1 Fees

Certain features of the Service require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our website. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by applicable law.

6.2 Billing

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.

6.3 Payments and Taxes

Subscription fees do not include applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by authorities. You are responsible for paying all such taxes.

6.4 Payment Attempts

If a payment attempt fails, we may retry charging your payment method. If payment cannot be completed, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to paid features.

6.5 Subscription and Renewal

Some features are offered on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the current period.

Deleting your account or discontinuing use of the Service does not automatically cancel your Subscription. You must cancel through your account settings or the method provided at the time of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

All content and materials provided by the Service, including text, graphics, logos, software, question bank structure, and platform functionality (excluding user-submitted content), are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Trademarks

atiteas.org and associated logos are trademarks of the Company. You may not use these trademarks without prior written permission.

8. No Affiliation Disclaimer

The Service is an independent exam preparation platform. ATI TEAS and any related trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Unless explicitly stated, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ATI.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, including paid subscriptions, if you violate these Terms or fail to make required payments. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred prior to termination.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1 Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service. The Service is for educational and practice purposes only and does not guarantee any exam result or score.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to the Terms
